Beginners – An ideal starting point for anyone who has never tried Pilates, or wants to return to Pilates after a lengthy break due to injury/illness or pregnancy. The pace is easy and relaxed allowing you to acquaint yourself with the fundamentals of the exercise technique (as well as your own body). Go on – you just might surprise yourself ...!
Intermediate – Provides you with the opportunity to grow and develop the skills learned in a Beginners programme. The courses consistently change from term to term, providing variety and allowing for a particular emphasis to be explored.
