Pilates Classes 

Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm.

Karen is a fully qualified, insured Balanced Body instructor who is very keen to promote Pilates in the local community and share its many benefits.

Classes are normally taught in a 6 week block, but drop in sessions are welcomed. The class is suitable for beginners/intermediate level where many of the exercises have modifications to suit any level. All mats and props are provided. Comfortable clothing and either bare feet or socking soles.
